Trial Camp @ Butterfly Park on 11th April 2012



It was Wednesday morning and it was about to rain. What a nice weather to pamper yourself with a sweet sleep in the bed on an off day (King Coronation Day). But some has chosen to experience X180 Fitness Training Camp - good choice!

It started to rain softly 15 minutes before the camp starts which worry me a little. However, 15 turned up for the trial camp and it started with a simple ice-breaker that divides the camper into 2 teams and straight in to warm up – FUN!

Now heart rate is up and muscles are warmed, it’s time for a real workout. The campers get to experienced combination of functional, suspension, strength and cardio training in the program. Both teams start off with different exercises but will then switch platform to continue with other exercise. There were push-ups, lunges and mountain climber (to name a few) to fire up the campers and maintain their heart rate at certain level to ensure efficient training and burn fat faster! One of the best parts of the camp has to be the sprint - in the mud. Everyone seems to enjoy the outdoor camp experience.

One of the campers (Adrian) said he felt every part of his body being fired! Good to hear that, no pain no gain.

Motivation and energy are sky high despite the rain. They really ROCKED the camp we had so much FUN together. Well done to the Vicky, Kenny, Adrian, Wayne, Kok Wee, Irene, Anne, Sam Shern, Crystal, Siow Yane, Aeran, Shobana, Dhyana and Doohan. Thanks for your energy!
