Evening Trial Camp @ Butterfly Park on 26th April 2012

We had been ‘offline’ for a while since the last post. We are exciting to be back online.
Wondering how was the evening trial camp? No doubt it was a blast and fun! We pretty much enjoy the functional workout that activated almost every muscle in the body. What more can you ask when you had a total body workout.

Let's pump the chest with suspension training



As usual, we off for a fun start to get the body warm and get the heart rates up with 8 minutes. We then switched to suspension training to work the chest follow by squat + kick (1 minute each for 2 sets) to get the upper and lower body into the game. The workout got better when we moved into cardio training – alternate knee lifts that cover some distance for 3 minutes. It was a real blast to the heart and gets the most out of the legs muscles. Before we get to halftime, we worked the core with plank in circle. Ding ding… we reached halftime.

Time for rewards

Without wasting any precious time, we moved into combination of burpee, jab and cross exercise for 1 minute for 2 rounds. Next up, was back row with TRX suspension and the campers were thrill that they have gone that far. We ended the camp with a nice cool-down and stretch the muscles.
It was fun to guide the campers in the camp and help them towards their goals. In the camp, we experience the hard work, motivation, courage, will and laughter together as we strive toward to be fitter and healthier community. What’s better than exercising together in a group and experience the SATISFACTION along the way.
