Evening Trial Camp @ Butterfly Park on 26th April 2012

We had been ‘offline’ for a while since the last post. We are exciting to be back online.
Wondering how was the evening trial camp? No doubt it was a blast and fun! We pretty much enjoy the functional workout that activated almost every muscle in the body. What more can you ask when you had a total body workout.

Botanic Park Camp On Weekend In June

Wish to attend our camp @ Butterfly Park yet weekdays schedule are too difficult for you to make it? No problem, we got it fixed for you. Starting from June, weekend camp will be available at Botanic Park. The camp will be held on Saturday and Sunday, 7:30am - 8:30am.

FREE Trial Camp Is Back!


Did you miss out on the previous trial camp at Butterfly Park? Don't sweat on it, here is your chance to join the camp for FREE! We are running another trial camp on 26th April 2012, Thursday, 6:30pm - 7:30pm at Butterfly Park. We want you to join and experience the program that is designed by ACE (American Council onExercise) Certified Trainer that can BENEFITS YOU.

The camp consists of functional & suspension training, strength & conditioning, core training, sport performance & kick-boxing that will help you in many ways, for example weight loss, improve muscular endurance, functional movement and agility (just to name a few). Not to forget the FUN part of it!

Trial Camp @ Butterfly Park on 11th April 2012



It was Wednesday morning and it was about to rain. What a nice weather to pamper yourself with a sweet sleep in the bed on an off day (King Coronation Day). But some has chosen to experience X180 Fitness Training Camp - good choice!

It started to rain softly 15 minutes before the camp starts which worry me a little. However, 15 turned up for the trial camp and it started with a simple ice-breaker that divides the camper into 2 teams and straight in to warm up – FUN!
